His body is the place on Earth where God’s glory was manifested. Jesus re-identifies the temple as his body, John 2:19–21. The physical temple was where God revealed his glory on Earth. Paul wants the Ephesians to understand the significance of their calling to be a temple, Ephesians 2:21-22. What connection do you think exists between the Spirit and singing?
